Toronto Aerial Photographers
Recently we have been shooting aerial photography in Toronto for commercial real estate companies. We shoot buildings and properties located inside and outside of Toronto’s downtown core. Often when the location is outside of the city, our clients want us to capture Toronto and Lake Ontario in the horizon to show the distance to downtown.
In this case the commercial building was in the core of the city so we shot a variety of close ups and distant shots (over 100 pictures) that included various angles to show the proximity of the building in comparison to Toronto’s landmarks. As you can see in the first image below, we provided our client with a clear view of the distance from their building to the Gardiner Expressway, Toronto financial district, CN Tower, Rogers Centre, Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (Island Airport) and everything in between. The second image provides a more close up view of the commercial building, neighbourhood and surrounding streets. The combination of both images provides a real estate agent with everything they need to market the commercial property to potential buyers.
It’s amazing to look back at older Toronto aerial photography that we have shot and observe all of the new buildings and how the city is changing over time. Little by little the city is growing and downtown is filling in with more skyscrapers.
