Plating: Food plating is a critical part of food photography. We work with the chefs and food stylists to ensure the food is set up to look appealing.
Lighting: Lighting is key in creating a beautiful image. By carefully controlling light and shadows with both natural and artificial light, you can really capture the colour, vibrancy and texture of the food and create a scene that compliments the subject.
Composition: This is where the prop stylist comes in. At BP Imaging we have a huge selection of props to choose from, a fully equipped kitchen and large selection of backgrounds and surfaces. We carefully arrange every aspect of the shoot and our attention to detail ensures a beautiful image every time.
Editing: Setting BP imaging apart is our experienced in-house post-photography digital imaging talent. After the shoot, we use the latest techniques to enhance an image including retouching, exposure adjustment and colour balancing. What separates our post production team from other retouchers is the input from our professional photographers to ensure a balance of creative and realistic looking results.
At BPimaging, photography is so much more than just point and shoot. It’s the attention to detail in everything we do from set up to post photography editing. We have our own facilities with a fully equipped kitchen and daylight studio which are all included in our rate. We do not charge additional usage fees, unlike many photographers, meaning you own the full rights of all images for all uses.
